At The Palms Hookah Lounge, we value our guests and want to provide a clear understanding of our refund and return practices. Please read below for details regarding reservations, events, and purchases.

1. Reservations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your reservation may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation may not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer credit toward a future visit at our discretion.

  • No-shows (failing to arrive without notice) are non-refundable.

2. Events & Special Bookings

  • Tickets or deposits for special events, parties, or private bookings are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by The Palms Hookah Lounge.

  • If an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose credit toward a future event.

3. In-Lounge Purchases

  • Hookah, drinks, food, and other consumable items purchased in the lounge are non-refundable and non-returnable once served.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please notify staff immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.

4. Gift Cards & Credits

  • Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, at the sole discretion of The Palms Hookah Lounge.
